Glorious apartment
Libby - 10th September 2024We have just had a glorious 4 days staying at Zinc 1 in Yamba which is in the perfect location. A beautiful 4 bedroom apartment, great beds and gorgeous linens, with a lovely open plan kitchen, lounge and gorgeous fold back doors leading out on to the huge entertainers balcony, with a bbq and views to the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a reverse cycle aircon in the lounge room, although we didn’t need it as there is a lovely airflow with sea breezes throu

Jenny - 10th October 2023Dear Ray White Team and Owners of Zinc 1, On behalf of my sisters and (my 94 year old) mum, I wish to thank you for supporting and booking and allowing us to stay at your amazing apartment, Zinc 1. We had the most wonderful week that was bursting with beautiful memories. Firstly, the service we received from the Ray White Team was professional, understanding and accurate. The emails and text messages were efficient, clear and had all the necessary information we required. We could not fault the apartment. What a wonderful holiday home that is so tastefully decorated, amazingly comfortable beds, good pillows, and quality linen. The apartmentmhad all the things we needed to support our superb holiday. Its location is ideal and very quiet. Having undercover secure parking was a bonus. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment. We enjoyed sunset drinks on the big front balcony and that there was space around the entire apartment meant you didn’t have people on top if you. It was so private. The apartment had such a lovely vibe. My mum has not been well this year and a holiday in Yamba was on her bucket list. The facilities of Zinc 1 meant that mum was able to enjoy her time and she had such a happy smile on her face all week. The access of the lift directly into the apartment was perfect, the shower was easily accessible, and that the apartment being all one level was just fantastic. Mum had a stumble in the lounge and I am sorry to say that the clam bowl broke when it fell on the tiles. If you wish for me to replace this please let me know. We were just grateful that the table was there for her to brace herself and stop her falling completely which could have resulted in a broken hip. We will be booking this apartment again next year as we have decided that this will be an annual trip for us. We only hope that Mum will still be with us to enjoy it too.
