Great Location and well equipped but in need of TLC

We stayed here for 5 nights in November 2025. The units is in an excellent location and generally well equipped. However on arrival the had not been cleaned and very unhygienic, and the toaster was rusty. Little things but they matter. Ray White resolved these issues within 24 hours. Later I pointed out to the Ray White team: 1. Sofa springing is collapsing - uncomfortable. 2. Bed Mattress needs replacing. 3. Generally a good lick of paint and a deep clean would go down well. Needs TLC!

Hi Ian, we encourage guests to review our properties but your review of Yamba58 is inaccurate as you definitely did not arrive to a property that had not been cleaned as a pre-arrival check was done before you were given the keys to make sure everything was in order. The couple of issues you had we attended to immediately. The property is not in need of being repainted, or a new bed or a deep clean. Please try to make your reviews accurate and fair in the future.

Perfect Stay with a Stunning View!

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit has a great view and is extremely well fitted out, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was such a convenience, and the layout was ideal with two bedrooms and two bathrooms extremely rare. It was comfortable, practical, and felt like a home away from home. We will be back again!
