Do I have to pick up keys?

Yes, all our properties require you to collect keys from our Ray White Yamba office – 84 Yamba Road, Yamba

How do I collect keys if I am arriving after hours?

You will receive a text message 24 hours prior to your arrival date with details to check in. This will include afterhours check in details. 

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in time is 3 pm and check out is 10 am unless otherwise arranged with our office.

Is linen provided?

Each property will have it clearly stated in the advertisement if they do or do not supply linen.

If the property you have booked DOES supply linen, this means you will only need to bring your own beach towels.

If the property you have booked does NOT supply linen – Quilts, quilt covers & pillows will be provided, however, please see a list of things you will need to bring below.

  • Face washers

What do I need to bring with me?

All our properties are set up as a ‘home from home’ and are equipped accordingly. The properties will have supplies to get you through the first night or two, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, etc. Most properties also have a basic supply of tea, coffee, salt, and pepper, however, this is not guaranteed. You will need to bring your own food and drink plus personal toiletries.

Can I bring my pet on holiday?

We have many pet-friendly properties that are listed on the website, search by feature, and go to our Pet-Friendly category. Just because a property is Pet Friendly it does not necessarily mean it is fully fenced – please check individual listings or talk to our team to confirm.

If I cancel my booking will I get my money back?

Full refunds (less a $150 administration fee) are possible if notice is given more than 60 days from your arrival.

If less than 60 days’ notice is given the full deposit (50%) is forfeited. However, an option to “defer” the booking is available in special circumstances. Deferred bookings must be rescheduled for the same property only and you must stay within 12 months of your original booking. It is your responsibility to re book. Ray White Yamba is not accountable if you forget or cannot reschedule within the 12 month period.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given you do forfeit the total amount of the booking.

Refunds are not given for any unused portions of a holiday if you decide to vacate your accommodation early.

Can I hold a party at the property?

No. We have a strict no party policy.

Can my friends and I make a booking for Schoolies?

No. We have a strict no schoolies policy for all our holiday homes.

Are there a maximum number of people who can stay at the properties?

Yes, only the numbers of people stated on the property website description are permitted to stay at the property.
