Property Services:

  • Guest Services Manager: Each one of our properties is assigned their very own guest service manager that completes an inspection between guests and lovingly  restyles and restocks the toiletries and kitchen essentials. This includes watering plants, replacing batteries in remotes, meeting trades, collecting deliveries, labelling linen, doing inventories, shopping for replacement items, blowing leaves off entryway paths & driveways, inspecting gardens, changing light bulbs and updating any signage required throughout the property. 
  • Monthly statements & Owner Portal to Provide 24/7 Access: All accounts including council rates and insurances can be paid through our software to ensure that all ingoing and outgoings expenses are clearly outlined in your end of month statement and End of Financial year reporting. Our landlords have 24 hour access to their future bookings & accounts through our owner portal giving them the opportunity to make owner bookings instantly and access any information required regarding their property’s availability and revenue. 
  • Management Fees: Holiday Yamba has competitive management fees despite the intensive and hands on service provided. Our In house marketing manager also ensures that our landlords are saving on additional fees that other competitors charge and ensure their property receives maximum exposure and the highest quality images and videos available in the area.
