As your dedicated Guest Services Manager, Emily’s role is to ensure your home is well cared for, consistently presented to a high standard, and performing at its best in the holiday rental market. Emily is here to take the stress out of holiday letting – handling bookings, guest communications, maintenance, overseeing cleaning, and everything in between.

One of the ways we go above and beyond is by personally conducting a pre-arrival inspection before every guest checks in. This ensures the property is immaculately clean, everything is in perfect working order, and any small details are tended to with care. To add a special touch, we also leave a handwritten welcome note, Home made Wynyabbie House chocolates & shortbread with coffee supplies ~ a simple gesture that makes a big difference in how welcome and valued they feel upon arrival.
