What a great location! Just a short walk to Yamba's famously beautiful, sandy Pippi Beach where dolphins are regularly seen playing in the surf. Head in the opposite direction and you are strolling down to the shops and boutiques of Yamba town. Walk northwards along the coastline and you will find yourself amongst some of Yamba's pubs and restaurants or at the lighthouse whale watching as they move along the coast on their annual migration.

Catalina Court is a gated community, providing you peace of mind that your boats, boards and kayaks are secure whilst you are out sightseeing or visiting one of the many National Parks in the area.

If you prefer dining out and entertainment there is no shortage of restaurants and cafes to choose from in Yamba and surrounds whilst the various clubs and pubs offer a wide variety of entertainment from climbing walls, bowling and putt putt to live music, comedy and much more.
