Wonderful Accommodation on the Waterfront
Lynda - 13th March 2025For a family holiday of 6 adults we chose Tecoma 3. What a delight! The properties 3 bedrooms were roomy A/C and had a TV. The magnificent outdoor balcony was a great place for a late breakfast after a dip in the beautiful pool. The outlook across the waters of the canal of a morning was a peaceful delight as the "Neighbours" across the canal were 40-50m away. We disturbed nobody and no body disturbed us during our 5 day stay. We plan to return to Tecoma 3.

The perfect holiday destination
Dianne - 9th January 2024A really lovely quiet holiday retreat. We stayed 5 nights. It was ideal to explore surrounding areas in the morning (Grafton and the magnificent jacarandas, Ulmarra for a memorable lunch at the pub, the quaint Aussie/Scottish town of Maclean, the slow boat to Iluka) and then come ‘home’ to loll around the pool, delighting in the use of the BBQ and the best Yamba prawns. Easy to explore the beaches, eateries and colourful shops of Yamba. We happily recommend this house and hope to one day return.
