Private chef, Nestor Burgos has both Italian and Argentinian heritage and it is from these cultures (famed for their culinary prowess) that his passion for cooking was established. Growing up in Brazil, it’s a combination of all three cultures that truly makes Nestors style a unique experience. Nowadays he calls the Northern Rivers home and his vast kitchen talents are available for bespoke private catering events. Nestor credits his Italian mother and Argentinian father for inspiring him to create memorable meals that sing with amazing flavours and of course, with love. And his superb South American barbeque skills have been honed to perfection over the years – yet another gourmet gift for guests to experience. From a very young age, Nestor appeared genuinely joyful about a curated feast’s ability to bring people together and has ultimately made it his career, one that has taken him from fine dining establishments all over the world to the charms of the Clarence Valley.
